YOUTH & FAMILY MINISTER
John and his family have served LRC since June 2018. He loves seeing students make decisions for Christ and guiding them to grow in faith while serving in the church. He and his wife, Crysty, both served as youth ministers for 14 years together at a church in Dallas, TX and Crysty now works for Goodness Village. They have three boys whose names are Elijah, Everett, and Easton. As a family, they love to have movie nights, go hiking, and reading.
DISCIPLESHIP & SMALL GROUPS MINISTER
Dave and Brandi have been a part of Little Rock Church since 2019. Dave serves on staff as Discipleship and Small Groups Minister. He has degrees from Ouachita Baptist University, Baylor University, and is finishing his Doctorate at Northern Seminary. Brandi is Director of Marketing at Arkansas Foodbank and serves in a variety of ways in the Women’s Ministry. They have two full-of-life kiddos–Tallulah and Finn. They love the outdoors (camping, hiking, gardening) and consider themselves foodies.
Trey has been a member of Little Rock Church since 1986. After returning home from college with his wife Bonnie in the early 90s, he joined the worship ministry and has been very active in it ever since. His daughter Madeline and son Wyatt were raised at Little Rock Church, and Bonnie is active in the youth ministry. Trey enjoys movies, music, reading, and outdoor activities.
Dave and Alesa have been part of Little Rock Church since 1986 and Dave has been on staff since 1996. They have been married 36 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren. Dave has a bachelors degree in Applied Pyschology from Harding University. He served many years as a House Church Leader and is a member of the worship team. Alesa is active in the Women’s Ministry as a teacher.
Sarah and Sean have been part of Little Rock Church since 2010. Sarah has recently taken on the role of Communications Coordinator. Sean and Sarah have both served on the worship team for several years, and have been house church leaders at different times in their time here at Little Rock Church. They have four children- Anabelle, Ruby, Emmalee, and Brody. Sarah is excited to join the staff here at Little Rock Church and looks forward to what the Lord has in store moving forward.
Brad has served as a House Church Leader, Worship team member, Bible class teacher, volunteered with Men’s Ministries, and has served since 2002 as elder/shepherd. MaryLee is a Bible teacher, is involved in the LRC Women’s Ministry and serves an Area Director for Community Bible Study. Brad and MaryLee and have four adult children and nine grandchildren. They have been at Little Rock Church since it began in 1986. Brad says, “We love this church family! It’s a privilege to serve the Lord in this community of believers. “
Gerald and Angela Driskill have been married since 1992 and have two adult children, Eli and Abby. They have been involved in mission and service in other countries. They have been leading house churches since 1994. Gerald serves as a professor at UA-Little Rock and serves with the City Church Network. He has served on the Little Rock Church preaching team. The Driskills have been involved in foster care and in the children and youth ministries. Angela is a physician for UAMS/Baptist health. She is a gifted Bible teacher and also serves in the women’s ministry. Gerald says, “We are grateful for the loving and service focus at the heart of this church family. We have been mentored and grown over the decades by so many.”
Jeff and Gail have been married since 1973. They have three adult children and three grandchildren. They have worked in part-time ministry, full-time ministry, and have served as missionaries in Scotland. They began attending Little Rock Church in 2013. Jeff and Gail have served as house church leaders. Jeff regularly teaches an adult Bible class. Gail has served as a mentor in the women’s ministry.
Stacy and Kathy Peters have been married since 1975. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Stacy was a worship leader at Little Rock Church for many years and still serves in the Worship Ministry; he teaches adult classes at LRC from time to time. Kathy has served in the Children’s Ministry for many years. Stacy recently retired from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Kathy is a retired public school teacher, having taught Gifted & Talented children. Both Stacy and Kathy have been part of LRC since its formation.
Scott and Ashley have been married since 1990 and have three children. Scott has served as a house church leader, has worked with the youth group, taught classes and serves on the preaching team. Ashley has served in a teaching role for many years and as a mentor in the women’s ministry. They have both been involved with LRC for close to 30 years.
Jerry and Pam were married in 1976. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. He has retired from Entergy where he worked for over 27 years. Now, in retirement, he spends his time between grandchildren and helping out with the Food for the Hungry Ministry. Jerry & Pam have been part of LRC from the beginning.
Russ and Sue have been at Little Rock Church since the beginning. Russ has served with the preaching and teaching ministry for many years. Sue has taught children’s bible classes and has been busy mentoring and encouraging young women. Russ has made his living working in the pharmaceutical industry and Sue is a CPA. They have three adult children, and three grandchildren.
