1. Why is the bodily resurrection of Jesus critical to the Christian faith?

2. In the three scenes in verses 1-29, all confused parties were given clarity to their confusion through the truth of Scripture. When is this helpful? When is this not helpful? Is everyone’s interpretation of Scripture equal?

3. Read verse 27. How can this give us confidence in reading the Old Testament? What’s an appropriate response to someone who says, “I don’t like the Old Testament?”

4. The challenge for each group was to become a witness to the resurrection. Even though we have not seen Jesus, how can we join them in this ministry? How do you apply the resurrection to the way you live?
